The Foundation for European Leadership
ELP has a sister organisation, the Foundation for European Leadership (FEL) which was established at the same time as ELP, but with a difference purpose and target group.
Participants in the Foundation come from the fields of consulting, Human Resources, Management Development or Leadership Development, education, training and research.
The purpose of FEL is to promote and live inspiring leadership.
The vision of FEL is to be a safe forum where leadership professionals engage in a dialogue about leadership topics that are close to their hearts. This dialogue will result in an impact on other people, organisations and society.
If you wish to learn more about the Foundation, visit the FEL site, or contact us.
