PostNL is transforming from a traditional mail business into a logistics e-commerce service provider with the focal point of business shifting from mail to parcels and logistics. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue CEO Herna Verhagen will talk about the transformation of a large company into the digital age. Herna Verhagen has been the CEO of PostNL since 2012. She is also a supervisory board member at ING, Rexel and the Concertgebouw and a member of the general board of VNO-NCW.
