Boardroom Fighting

Ineffective boardroom dynamics can paralyze an organization, as is shown in the history of ABN AMRO since 2008. In this Leadership Meetup, Ivo Bökkerink and Pieter Couwenbergh, the authors of a new book about ABN AMRO, will be interviewed by Twan van de Kerkhof about their views on the effectiveness of the CEOs and chairmen that governed the bank in the last decade and about the role of the Dutch state. After this introduction there will be a plenary dialogue with both journalists.
