Dreaming of a Purpose

In this ELP Leadership Dialogue a consultant and a CEO will share their experiences with leading and managing an organisation from a purpose. The consultant is Ralph Zebregs (ForChiefs) who believes that organizations can play a part in creating a better world, but only if they shake things up drastically. The CEO is Willem van Rijn, who is heading Het Goed, a Dutch chain of recycling stores. First, Ralph will talk about defining and implementing a purpose, then Willem will share how he brings his company purpose into the world. After this plenary introduction participants will share their personal insights and experiences at moderated Roundtables.
