Leadership Lessons

What is the essence of good leadership? We will discuss this with Hans Wijers, based on the many leadership roles he has had during his career, amongst others a consultant, a minister in the Dutch government, CEO of Akzo Nobel and Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of ING, Heineken and Ajax. Hans Wijers will first be interviewed by Twan van de Kerkhof, followed by moderated dialogues in which participants will share their personal insights and experiences of good leadership.
