Leadership Lessons

What is the essence of good leadership? We will discuss this with Martin van Rijn, based on the many leadership roles he has had during his career. Martin currently is the Chairman of Aedes, a Dutch social housing organization. Before that he was a high-ranking civil servant, a cabinet member in the Dutch government (with one short stint in the middle of the pandemic), the CEO of a large pension fund and of a large hospital group. Martin van Rijn will first be interviewed by Twan van de Kerkhof, followed by moderated dialogues in which participants will share their personal insights and experiences of good leadership.
