Leading With Integrity

Integrity and ethics are indispensable for good leadership. Ethical leaders engage in a dialogue with the intention of advancing 'doing the right thing at the right time in the right way', thereby making their organizations, and possibly the world, a little better. The topic will be introduced by Kitty Nooy, an independent consultant and speaker about ethical leadership. Kitty held various leadership positions, in which she experienced and learned to appreciate the importance of integrity and ethical leadership, in particular as chief prosecutor and national portfolio holder for integrity at the Public Prosecutor's Office. Based on her introduction, participants will explore their own ethics and integrity in moderated Roundtable Dialogues.
