The Art of Being Coached

Who should be coached, why (or why not), by whom, and how? In this ELP Leadership Dialogue we will discuss the added value of coaching for senior executives. We will kick off the meeting with a panel of two: Henk Breukink, an experienced coach, non-executive and former executive, and Marie-José van Eyken, CHRO at BrandLoyalty. They will be interviewed by Twan van de Kerkhof about this topic, and they will answer questions from participants. After this plenary introduction participants will engage into moderated Roundtable Dialogues about their own experiences with coaching.
