Breaking Boundaries

Four women rowed across the Atlantic Ocean from the Canary Islands to the Caribbean in early 2021. They overcame huge waves, sores, blisters, exhaustion and seasickness, rowing two hours on and two hours off in 54 days and 20 hours. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue Bela Evers, one of the team Dutchess of the Sea, will share her leadership lessons from this heroic journey, touching on teamwork, resilience, self-leadership, agility and much more.
