Leading Change

Leading change is a core task for leaders. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue we will dive into the changes that Ronald Meijers introduced as the new CEO of ABAB, an audit and advisory firm. Ronald started at ABAB in 2021 and has been shaking up the company in many ways. He will share his experiences in a short presentation, followed by an interview with Twan van de Kerkhof. Subsequently participants will engage in a dialogue over dinner about their personal experiences with leading change.
