Pauline van der Meer Mohr thinks that business leaders should be more ambitious in acting on expectations from society, without being too far ahead of the crowd. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue we will explore how interactions between corporates and society should be governed, including the question if a duty of care should be incorporated in the Dutch corporate governance code. Pauline van der Meer Mohr chairs the Dutch Monitoring Commission Corporate Governance and is a non-executive at AholdDelhaize, ASMI, HSBC, et al. After her introduction participants will engage into Roundtable Dialouges about their own governance experiences.
