Building Trust

Teams, organizations and even societies can only flourish and perform if there is trust and psychological safety. Connection, transparency, and consistency are necessary to establish trust, Maikel Batelaan says. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue Maikel Batelaan and Sam Muller will share their experiences with building trust in organizations. Maikel Batelaan is a consultant at De Transformatie Groep and co-author of the book Why should I trust you? Sam Muller is the CEO of HiiL, a social enterprise that aims to empower 150 million people to prevent or resolve their most pressing justice problems by 2030.
