Inner Skills For Modern Leaders

Modern leaders are required to move beyond their current ways of thinking and operating. Yesterday's so called soft skills are die-hard competencies of tomorrow's leadership. In this online ELP Leadership Dialogue we will look into Dialogue as an approach to build the requisite inner skills for modern leaders. Our main guest is Susan Taylor, CEO of Generon International. Susan has been working with Bohmian Dialogue for thirty years, often in collaboration with American leadership author Joseph Jaworski. She teaches online courses about Bohmian Dialogue, based on the work of David Bohm, one of the most significant theoretical physicists of the 20th century. After her introduction participants will engage into moderated breakouts to share their insights and experiences.
