Lessons Learned. With Ralph Hamers

With Ralph Hamers we will look back at major events in his career and the leadership lessons to learn from these. We will discuss how ING became a more tech-savvy and innovative bank under his leadership, the €775 mln settlement of ING with the Dutch authorities because of shortcomings in its procedures to prevent money laundering and the ongoing investigation by the public prosecutor into his personal responsibility, the public commotion about his salary increase at ING, and his role as the CEO of Swiss UBS until its merger with Credit Suisse. After the plenary opening, in which Ralph Hamers will be interviewed by Twan van de Kerkhof, participants will engage into moderated dialogues to discuss their own leadership lessons.
