ELP’s prime format is a Leadership Dialogue. A high-calibre speaker, usually of C-level stature, opens the discussion by sharing what keeps him or her awake at night. After the introduction by the speaker, participants share their personal experiences and insights in moderated Roundtable dialogues, usually in groups of seven. In a closing plenary session, all share their key takeaway from the meeting. There is always ample opportunity for informal networking before and after each Leadership Dialogue.
ELP Leadership Dialogues are the business edition of conversations with friends at kitchen tables. Safety and confidentiality are key. The Chatham House rules are strictly applied.
