Culture Change: the Deloitte Case
Changing a culture is not about the tools or the process, it is about the mindset. But what can leaders do to bring about a lasting change in the mindset of the company and its employees? Adjusting the bonus system or the competency model might be necessary but can never be enough; deeper interventions are required to build a shared conviction about ‘what type of firm to we want to be’. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue Sander Nieuwenhuizen, CHRO of Deloitte Netherlands, will share what he has done to change Deloitte into a company that is more open towards society, more accessible for Millennials and more compliant with supervisory demands.
