How AI is Redefining the Talent Game
Seedlink, a fast-growing start-up, has developed a technology to make better, data-driven decisions on hiring and talent development. By utilizing machine learning and natural language processing to predict personalities and behaviors, Seedlink is enabling businesses to identify suitable and high-performing talents with the mission of counteracting human bias. Conventional HR still follows old-fashioned paradigms and employs outdated tools, even though technology has advanced so dramatically. How can Artificial Intelligence and People Science be leveraged to identify future top performers, power your next-generation internal mobility programs and get instant insights into your workforce? Rina Joosten-Rabou, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Seedlink, will elaborate on the Seedlink Story behind the technology and explain how the practical applications are currently used by several large, international organizations. After her introduction participants will engage into Roundtable Dialogues to discuss their personal insights and experiences with talent development.
