Upgrading Leadership for the Future

"We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them", Albert Einstein said. To addresss the challenges of our volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world we need a new kind of leadership, Seren Dalkiran and Mark Vernooij argue. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue Seren Dalkiran will define a new leadership that is based on values and lifelong learning. Mark Vernooij will advocate a software upgrade for leaders to enable them to handle more complexity with less effort. Seren Dalkiran is the co-founder of Synergized Earth Network (SEN) and the Millennial Leadership Lab (MLL); she earned her PhD with global research about the leadership of Millennials. Mark Vernooij is a partner at THNK School for Creative Leadership. Seren and Mark will each give a 15 minute introduction in this Leadership Dialogue, followed by a Q&A with both of them. After this plenary introduction we will engage into Roundtable Dialogues.
