- An ELP Membership is valid for 1 year. A membership can start at any time during the year and will be renewed automatically, if not canceled 2 months before the renewal date.
- Credits for events that have been awarded as part of the membership or that have been purchased expire at the renewal date of the contract.
- ELP cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages at ELP-events, unless caused by proven negligence in the preparation and execution of the event.
- The payment term for ELP-invoices is 30 days.
- ELP provides digital and live events for its Members. In case of force majeure, such as restricitions because of a pandemic, all events might be provided digitally.
- Standard event cancellation policy
- If a member or external participant has registered for an ELP Event, he or she can cancel free of charge until five full days before the date of the meeting. If canceled closer to the event, the fee is payable. However, in that case participation can be transferred free of charge to a colleague or business partner of the same seniority.
Cancellation policy Annual Conference
- There is no fee payable if the cancellation is made 2 months or more before the Conference.
- 50% of the fee is payable if the cancellation is made between 2 months and 1 month before the Conference
- 100% of the fee is payable if the cancellation is made within 1 month before the Conference.
- Any cancelled place may be filled by a replacement of a similar or higher level as agreed with ELP.
