Moving Mountains

Members of the Dutch cabinet had huge political problems in early 2017 due to issues at the Dutch Tax and Custom Services. Rattling ICT-systems and an outflow of experienced employees were the main problems. Experienced civil servant Jaap Uijlenbroek was asked to take the lead and clean up the mess. In this Leadership Meetup he will share what he has done to tackle the problems, what is going well as a result and which obstacles he keeps encountering.
