Prospering With Purpose

Every day 2.5 bln people all over the world use Unilever products to eat, take care of their bodies or clean their house, providing €51 bln in annual revenues, produced by 161,000 employees. Unilever wants their business to grow but recognizes that growth at the expense of people or the environment is both unacceptable and commercially unsustainable. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue Hanneke Faber will explore how purpose and profit interact at Unilever. Hanneke Faber is President Foods & Refreshment and a member of the Unilever Executive. She joined Unilever in 2018, after having had leadership positions at Royal Ahold Delhaize and Procter & Gamble. Hanneke also serves as a supervisory board member at Bayer and an advisory board member of Leading Executives Advancing Diversity (LEAD).
