Lessons in Leadership

Leadership is 90 per cent craft and skills and 10 per cent magic, which can only be learned in the job and is nearly impossible to teach. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue we will look into the magical elements of what makes a leader successful with two senior leaders: Stephanie Hottenhuis and Tjalling Tiemstra. Stephanie Hottenhuis is CEO of KPMG in the Netherlands; before she joined KPMG she was a member of the executive board of Arcadis. Tjalling Tiemstra is a supervisory board member at ABN AMRO and Royal HaskoningDHV, was the CFO of Hagemeyer and HBG and spent most of his executive career at Unilever. Stephanie and Tjalling will be interviewed by Twan van de Kerkhof, the founder of ELP. After this plenary introduction participants will engage into Roundtable Dialogues.
