Pushing the Limits

ASML is a company of superlatives: big but still growing fast, pushing technology to new limits in the semiconductor industry, international, a big spender on R&D, very high margins. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue we will take a close look at ASML with CFO Roger Dassen. Roger Dassen joined ASML in June 2018 from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he was the Global Vice Chair, Risk, Regulatory, and Public Policy. Roger also serves as a professor of auditing at the Free University of Amsterdam and as a member of the supervisory boards of the Dutch National Bank and the Maastricht University Medical Center+. Roger Dassen will be interviewed by Twan van de Kerkhof, founder of ELP. After this plenary introduction participants will engage into moderated Roundtable Dialogues to discuss their personal insights and experiences on the topics of this evening.
