Leading In Dire Straits

The Hope Flowers is an independent private school in Palestinian territory with a philosophy of education for peace and democracy. The school welcomes all students regardless their religion or political affiliation, has cooperative contacts with their Jewish counterparts inside Israel and teaches Hebrew language. In this online ELP Leadership Dialogue Ibrahim Issa, Director of the school, will share his experiences of teaching this philosophy in increasingly difficult circumstances. Participants will share their own experiences about leading when it's difficult in moderated breakouts.
