Improving Team Dynamics

The more extreme the context, the higher the pressure on a team. Edmond Öfner, a nature guide, storyteller and former Expedition Leader, sailed with a small crew to the Arctric in 2022. In this online ELP Leadership Dialogue he will share his experiences about the team dynamics on the vessel, including honoring boundaries and desires, keeping the eye on the goal, and mutual respect. First Edmond will be interviewed by Fionnuala Herder-Wynne, then participants can ask questions and then they will share their personal team experiences in moderated breakouts.
