Runway to the Future

Ruud Sondag landed as the interim CEO of Schiphol Airport in 2022 and he has been changing the company and how it connects to its stakeholders ever since. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue we will discuss with him the future of air travel, the meaning of Schiphol for The Netherlands, the relations with employees, suppliers, governments, communities, and other stakeholders, and more. Reconciling the dilemma of driving results and taking responsibility for a collective future will be an important part of the discussion.
