Leading the Energy Transition

The transition to net zero is both necessary and difficult. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue two board members of grid manager Alliander will share how they deal with the challenges they are facing. CEO Maarten Otto will talk about strategic issues, including stakeholder management. CHRO Heleen Cocu will focus on the internal transformation that is required.
