Managing Integrity

Leaders need to develop and maintain soft controls to build a high level of integrity in their organization. Only when these soft controls, for example clarity and exemplary behavior, are in place, hard controls can be effective. In this online ELP Leadership Dialogue Muel Kaptein will be interviewed about the model that he developed for defining, measuring and managing the ethics of organizations. Muel Kaptein is a Partner at KPMG and a professor of business ethics and integrity management at the Rotterdam School of Management. After his introduction participants will engage into dialogues about the integrity of their organizations in moderated breakouts.
