Leader in the Spotlight: Ralph Hamers

With Ralph Hamers we will look back at major events in his career and the leadership lessons to learn from these. We will discuss the restructuring of ING after the financial crisis, the transformation of ING to the leading digital bank globally, his move to lead UBS, the largest wealth manager globally, the successful strategic direction and the rescue of Credit Suisse. We will discuss the leadership challenges during his ten year tenure as CEO of these two globally systemic relevant banks. After the plenary opening, in which Ralph Hamers will be interviewed by Twan van de Kerkhof, participants will engage into moderated dialogues to discuss their own leadership lessons.
