Leader In the Spotlight: Frank van Gool

Frank van Gool is the 'godfather' of labor migration in The Netherlands. He has been the CEO of OTTO Work Force for 25 years, founding the company in 2000 and building it into a market leader in international employment services. He stepped down in 2025, when Bain Capital became the new owner. He now is the shareholder of KaFra Housing, which supplies housing for labor migrants. In this ELP Leadership Dialogue we will explore the myths and challenges of labor migration and unravel the secrets of Van Gool's successful entrepreneurship.
