Sensing And Actualizing the Future

Dr. Katrin Kaeufer is the co-author (with Otto Scharmer) of “a revolutionary new guide to catalyzing multi-system change and planetary healing”. In this online ELP Leadership Dialogue she will be interviewed about her work at the Presencing Institute with paradigm-shifting change makers and will discuss practices for sensing and actualizing the future as it emerges. Her most recent book 'Presencing', published in April 2025, outlines seven “critical contributions for elevating our civilization”, including becoming aware, generative listening, dialogue and building unity. Dr. Kaeufer is the Managing Director at the Presencing Institute and founder of the Just Money Lab at MIT in Cambridge, MA. After the plenary introduction with her, participants will engage into moderated breakouts.
