The Shaman and the Manager

Going with the flow, acceptance and death as a necessary part of the cycle of life are some of the things that leaders can learn from shamans. Shamans connect to the visible and invisible world, including nature, ancestors and spirits. In many cultures they are perceived as wise individuals and healers. In his book De sjamaan en de manager (The shaman and the manager) Sven Goedbloed connects the worlds of leadership and shamanism, resulting in eleven principles of leadership. In this online ELP Leadership Dialogue Sven Goedbloed will be interviewed about his book. After his introduction participants will engage into moderated breakouts about their own leadership.
