At ELP, we work with the Ten Commandments of Dialogue. The tenth commandment is about discussing the undiscussable. We invite you to leave your comfort zone. The dialogue is richer when sensitive, even awkward topics are raised, when the elephants in the room are addressed. Obviously, participants have every right to set their boundaries. They don’t have to talk about issues that they deem too sensitive. ELP provides a safe environment in which participants can share what is important to them. All topics and angles can be brought to the table and dealt with.
